Power and technique is nothing compared to electronic wiring that’s all different and basically a video game lol. That is a toy from bowling alleys and arcades, they make actual pressure punching machines designed to specifically see how hard you punch.

Most of these machines measure the force at the top of the hinge that the boxing thing is attached to. As long as you punch in a downward angle you can get way higher scores than someone stronger and faster punching straight on

That wasn’t a jab. Looked like a right straight. A jab is a feeler/disrupter, a right straight is a power punch. It also didn’t look like either of them tried, but they did. What you’re witnessing is high level technique by both athletes.

The second machine wobbled and didn’t appear to be as stable as the first. If the machine is firmly planted on the ground you are definitely going to get a higher score.

Im 170 pounds and hit 900 on that machine my first time trying it….sadly all the machines are not created equal. And even more sadly punching power is a very tiny part of the fighting equation. Whats more important is being able to LAND what power you do have.

Must be fun punching these machines, but don't let it fool you that the higher the number doesn't necessarily mean the punch is more damaging. Its all in the timing, execution and accuracy of the punches. Of course some people throws harder than others, that doesn't mean they are better knockout artists
