Personally I am not a fan of Porters style however what I think is impressive is that I don't believe he is really a born talented boxer I just think he is an athlete who willed his way to being world champion then world champion again. Being a boxing fan for over 15 years and understanding how most fighters end up at elite levels Porters career is impressive and win lose or draw with Spence on his resume I think he has the best resume currently the only guys at the top he has not faced would be Crawford and Pacquaio

Just a year ago somebody in porters camp that has pull avoided spence. I always believed shawn was serious when he said "if the spence fight dosent happen its not my fault". Thank you shawn for demoting whoever that guy was and pursuing your goals.

Shawn just beat a bigger counter punching skilled cuban. Give the man his props. Broner, Alexander, Malignaggi, Danny Garcia, Ugas all lost to the champ. If hes a JUST a football player then those are terrible professionals that he beat.

Brook was broken after GGG fight...that kind of physical wear against someone who was a larger fighter still lasted. Same thing with Cotto...You could see Cotto even in the second fight where Margarito was putting it on without the illegal hand wraps..it was stopped because Margarito (orbital bone which had been damaged by Pacquiao the fight prior)

jerry Washington Porter May lean with his head while throwing punches and he might of head butted a couple of his opponents but he doesn’t do it intentionally!!! But speaking of dirty fighters go look at the first mayweather and maidana fight maidana was head butting,kneeing and punching Floyd in the balls and he was doing that shit on purpose
