May Allah Subhana wa ta'ala grant Shaykh Abdurrazaq a high rank in Jannatul Firdaws. I watched a video/recording of Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen Rahimahullah regarding waswasa, For those struggling to lower their gaze, when the shaytan tempts you with these evil websites and images always seek refuge in Allah azza wa jal from the accursed shaytan CONSTANTLY until that evil thought goes away, don't give the evil thoughts a slight chance to cultivate in your heart BarakAllahu Feekum. This can be done for any evil thoughts and Allah's refuge is sought.

The eyes are a blessing from Allah. We have to use it for good things. Some people when they walk on the streets they stare at the bodys of women. This is disrespectfull to the women and it is a sin in islam. One should try their best to have control over his desires and fear Allaah.

what are you talking about? It is Sunnah to take care of ones hair (if not shaven). Should it be unkempt and messy instead? Allah says in the Quran to women to lower their gaze (if u feel attractions etc)

The whole body of a woman is awrah Only the navel to knees is the awrah of a man If it happens that a man is found attractive from your side but his awrah is covered, then, rather it is on you to lower the gaze
