May Allaah enter him in His jannah without the fire of hell ever touching him. May He raise his darajaat. Such a pleasure to see something in English. Jazaak Allaaho khairan katheeran ikhwaan. I was in Boston when the shaykh visited. I attended the Friday khutbah at the Quincy mosque and the Sunday lecture at the Sharon mosque. I remember, very vividly, some of the things he said. When he was being introduced by 'haafith Mas'ood, who was lengthening his praising and mentioning his works, shaykh stopped him as if he shut a child up who did not listen on his first request. On Friday they were late for the time of khutbah at the Quincy mosque and some brothers were getting restless. After the shaykh arrived he explained the virtue of being patient and that waiting is part of the prayer. I remember, at the Sharon mosque, one of the sisters asked a question about wearing bikini in women's gathering. To which he answered no. Then explained that the women of kuffaar, they tell their boyfriends and husbands about other women (if I remember correctly). May Allaah sub'hanahu wa ta'ala have mercy on our shaykh. Aameen.

To be honest, I don't get why they'd make a biography about sheikh ibn saalih al uthaymeen with the qutbi munajjid and on top of that the rest of don't even have beards. They could've studied 15 years with the sheikh, but they didn't even learn the obligation of leaving the beard

A lot of brothers love this shaykh mashallah may Allah have mercy on him , but I want to know is there something in particular he did or is it because he was it for his scholarly knowledge and fatwas he did in Saudia?
