Shazam was a 8/10 and this film has rewatachable value. Action B+, Pacing B+, Comedy A, Characters B+, Character Development A, Acting B+, Script B+, Storyline B+. Shazam A- overall and I'm very surprised.

Saw it today..loved it, but i do wish that Billy would have focused on listening to the gods...but over all 10/10 for me.

Just got home from my early screening. I liked it. Very sweet, bordering on cheesy, but not in a bad way. Definitely 'Big' with superpowers. It doesn't reinvent the wheel or anything, but it's fun and has a little more depth than you sometimes find in these films. I'd give it a B, maybe a B+.

Sgt. Rock, the Black Hawks, the Freedom Fighters, I... Vampire! can become great film fare for WB/DC.

It was great to hear that highly positive things were being said about this film. Why? Because, the DCEU is my personal favorite superhero franchise. After seeing the movie, I must be honest about the positive reactions. It is well deserved! It's a lot of fun. Has a lot of heart, and actually a few scenes that could seriously prove to be scary for children. Happy to see that the DCEU still isn't afraid to go into a darker territory when necessary. While there's a few negatives, they are very small and don't take away from how awesome the movie is. I highly recommend this movie.

A tongue-in-cheek, silly superhero movie, with a terrible villain, and, worst of all, ZERO awe and wonder. With cheese piled so high, I could make pizzas until the end of this century, it's about as bad as it gets. But, hey, it got 90% on Rotten Tomatoes, so I guess it "has" to be good.
