🤣😂🤣😂🤣Too funny! Thanks for the encouragement! Baby lamb is still alive.💪🏿💯🔥Sorry we weren't stressed out and still took time to talk and fellowship as a family. Just just kinda our laid back no stress type family. There is always something to stress about and get panicked about. But we just choose to calmly handle problems. But yeah the sheep is ok, so a 5 min conversation was not life threatening. I spent about 4 hours from 2am in the morning till around 5am in the rain trying to get her to latch on to momma sheep and trying to save the other babies life.. Didn't get any sleep. I know your comment is just uninformed so instead of saying something negative or getting offended by your comment. I'll choose to inform you about what we did do so you can have context. Again, thanks for your comment. I don't charge it to your heart. Love you much😉

You should add a little Lowes "shed" right next to Emma for situations like this and for the dogs. That way you do not have to bring the babies into the house. You can add a bottle stand also in your little "shed" nursery..

I watch and never comment but I have to let you know how God used you to minister to my soul with this episode. As a child I had a mother who wasn't a good mother and I always thought growing up how unnatural that seemed. This episode showed me that in life God prepares a way. I have had beautiful Spirit filled people who spoke life into my soul when my natural mother would, or could not. It ain't how you start but how you finish. I had twin lambs born Wednesday. The mom don't want anything to do with the second one. I took him to the vet to get colostrum. He weighed 5.5 pounds. The mom won't even allow him near her. He's in the house and being bottle fed.

Good morning IAG, this was a nail biter episode for me! Didn’t know sheep’s can be aggressive like that and especially to a newborn! It was so heartwarming to see the baby lamb cradled in Tim’s arms. He seemed so attached to this baby lamb. I pray that this little lamb, gets the nourishment it needs to flourish and grow stronger each day and be able to return to her herd.

Hi Tim and Maegan and the boys, I was thinking back to when I had my son after not having a baby in 11 years. When our son was born, my milk had not come down yet. I had to use hottt towels and massage them before finally getting the milk to expel. This may work with mama sheep. Her milk may not have come down yet, and placing a hott towel and massaging the area may help her bags to fill up. When a regular baby is breast feeding and mom’s milk is not there, it is very painful and you don’t want baby on you because of the pain. It maybe hurting mama sheep also due to her milk not being there. Sorry for the long message but God said don’t sit on what you think will help them. Just being obedient to the word of God and helping his children as y’all help me. ❤ much love 🙏🏽

Well Annimals are different from people when my dog had her five puppies 🐶 she cleaned 🧽 them all and she ignored all of her babies except for the one boy she would feed him but each time I tried putting the puppies to her she would get up and walk away and she would growl, I tried everything to feed them but they wouldn’t take the milk 🥛 and the two girls and two boys died , this puppy that lived looks nothing like her mother but looks like the father that RAPED my dog 🐕 this is what that dog 🐕 looks like and I had a Shitz Zu with beautiful black long straight hair 😢

You are correct Tim. Sheep is singular and plural, you feed 1 sheep or feed 2 sheep, but in regards to saving a sheep's life you use the s. Like, when is Tim's birthday, no one would say when is Tim birthday. If that makes sense. Depends on the construction of the sentence. God bless you all guys 😊. To add, lamb is singular so one would say lamb for 1 and lambs for more than one.

One of your hoodies fleece side out would have been more comfortable than the huff holes in the handmade blanket. Baby Lamb is so cute and you all are doing a good job caring for her. I knit/crochet blankets and would not mind you using it to keep the baby from slipping. You may get a replacement in the mail from the lady that made that one. Beautiful job done on the blanket to the maker/designer. Very nice.

Tim, the example that you gave, "I'm saving this baby sheep's life", that is not plural or singular. It is possessive. The 'life' belongs (possessive) to the sheep, so the apostrophe 's' is used to show possession. It's not plural. I did the same for a blanket my mom made, and she was highly offended. She got okay because she had made us 6 or 7 blankets and I showed her how they were being put to God use. That helped. I hope what you all said helped to soothe the subscriber. Love what you are doing with the homestead.❤❤❤

The lamb is beautiful! However, it was offensive to give the subscriber's blanket to the lamb. An old towel or blanket would have been sufficient. The blanket is officially for animals ONLY. Please keep the blanket in the barn for future animal use.❤❤

Try giving mama some sugar water, drench her. Sometimes the electrolytes get off. Sometimes with a first baby, you have to tie off mama and get past the pain and nervousness. We have had to do that with cows and goats.

I was wondering. I'm not a farm girl, but I am a mother who breastfed children, and boy, was it painful. I was probably like mama sheep. It also looks like mama sheep is young. Her hind quarters don't look as full as the other sheep either. ❤ And that dang gum Naomi she be in everybody business 😅.

I’m thinking mama sheep’s milk has not yet come in and I pray that when it does, she will be more receptive to Her baby. Much like most women who breast feed, sometimes our milk is just not there when baby is and it happened to me. I had to keep using a hotttt towel and massage the breast for the milk to eventually come down. When the milk is not there and you allow the baby to try and feed, it is very very painful. Just a thought

Look I was born in the country and now feeling out of place living in the city, for me and my household all y ‘all doing a great job LOVING this little WHATEVER into life. I was so excited to see a video from yal then my husband started it and the song Amazing Grace almost took me outttt.😢 My siblings and I decided to play Amazing Grace in my mums bedroom the last few hours on repeat until she slept into enternity🕊️😇❤ She loved that song💝

Growing up we used a regular baby bottle if we had to feed a baby. The feel of the nipple is soft like the mother’s so it was easy for them to keep latching on. You guys are doing a great job taking care of the animals

Use newspapers..cut up fot bedding Tim..soft..because easier to clean cage than a good blanket Papers can be fluffy and warm Sliced up in shreds❤❤

Amazing Grace How Sweet The Sound. This was an amazing video and way to start the morning other than Christ. Y’all are always feeding my soul and leaving me wanting more food from God. You said something in the video and I said I think that’s the name right there. You said she is feisty and keep moving around or butting your hand. I think feisty, meaning: full of nervous energy: fidgety, having or showing a lively aggressiveness(spunky). It's need to be held a bit to it need to be comforted until it's fear is gone and it's gets use to you and some clean hay in it's bed lol I can tell you guys are nervous lol I love you guys city people getting use to farming I love to see things through your fresh eyes God bless you all Amazing grace was right on time for me today I needed to hear it The song has always been a family favorite for us when I need comfort I like to sing it O yeah you ll get use to having sheep or goats in the house it's all part of farm life God bless you all

You can tie up the mama and give her no where to run so she can get used to being a mama. So far this has worked for us in these scenarios which are actually common. God bless y'all and much love from Texas.
