We run a pretty tight ship here at TIHWBHQ. We were ecstatic when Madi got her first promotion at work. She put in the time and earned the increase in status. But we have a hard three strike policy and so you can imagine our disappointment when, on the day of her first promotion, she was almost FIRED for violating a number of company policies just after being promoted. This prompted her almost getting fired. What can we say, good help is hard to find.
