Another alternative for sinuses is taking a bath in the beach. Since that is immunity issue eat foods with flavanoids.

Myji, forgot to mention that U need to plant "Garlic and Lemon Grass," to prevent Snakes in your area. Mexican cayotes-smugglers use this garlic around their feet and legs, when traveling towards border of Mexico to US. Also, use the eggshells crushed to prevent slugs, eating your plants! Да что же у вас соьака Таша на земле валяется? У вас много очень много травы.Насушите сено и подстелите собаке сено и ей будет и прохладно и некоторые травы спасают от блох В РФ это полынь..Может и у вас есть трава которая защитит собаку от блох и насекомых.

К Вашему сведению собаки ищут прохладу вырывая в земле яму ,у них организм приспособлен просто лежать на земле . Животные, как и люди приспосабливаются к климату . Привези собаку с севера ей будет тяжело жить на юге и наоборот ,я в этом убедилась .

Hello Myji, seen your videos. Hope you use the grind coffee afterwards to put it on your plants that needs to grow. The caffeine makes the plants bring to life. My Mexican friend had told me to how to revive a dying plant from using the coffee grinds. IDK, if you use the fish gills, stomachs and etc- after cleaning it, you can use it for your fertilizer. Dig and throw over these fish waste in a hole before transplanting. Then pour your coffee grind over the plant/tree, on top of the plant. I'm learning from you on how to clean the pots with ashes. Also, you might need a Solars around your house, since it's hot there and having Solar system, can generate lights, during Night Time.
