Tarja went to a Muse concert recently with her daughter, so yeah, she a fan :D Her chest voice is so dark and deep and her high pitch so crisp and clean.. she's become a very colourful singer over the years 👏🏽 and she's having so much fun on stage For more Tarja, personally I'm hoping for anything from Act II Metropolis Studios London 👀🙏🏽 .. Too Many, Medusa, Love to Hate. They're all original songs by her and she and her band were so good. SO GOOD. that day.

Thank you! The range in Tarja's voice🤩 Tarja has done a bunch of cover songs, also when she was still in Nightwish. For example she has done a cover of Alice Cooper's Poison (Then she met Alice Cooper and he really liked Tarja's version) and a cover of Goldfinger (the bond movie). And at the end of Goldfinger, I think there is the longest note that she has hold. I mean it's like 17 seconds long or something. There are so many songs that I could recommend. Everything from the live shows Act I live from Argentina and Act II live from London is amazing. A song that I really like from her is 500 Letters. It has a dark backstory: There was a some dude that wrote letters to Tarja for a year. There was at least 500 letters. In the letters there was very disturbing things. It was not a nice thing, but Tarja made a song out of it. There is a music video to it. Edit: I'm so sorry, it is Goldfinger not Golden eye. I always get those to song names mixed😅 I fixed it...

I don’t believe it, show me, I listened to Tarja a lot, probably saw thousands of videos with her, and I didn’t listen to one in which Tarja would hold a note for so long. The longest notes of Tarja that I listened to were about 6.8 seconds high notes of about 4, 5 seconds.

@HAMO HAMO so the song was actually Goldfinger, not Golden eye, sorry for the mix-up. The long note is at the end of the song. It is only in the studio version

@@hamohamo8270 Mr nonsense is back. Short lesson, the lenght of a note is not what determines a good singer, its HOW you execute it. And Floor only wishes she had Tarja's effortless ablity to jump from low to high, WHILST interacting on thise high heels. Floor always has to resort to thin, nasal, mixed chest notes in order to pull it off, and she manages to fool fans like you amazingly, but that still does not change the fact that her head voice notes are very sloppy for someone who actually trained in it.

Just a small detail, this isn't the Woodstock in the States, this is a festival in Poland (I think it's Poland) that used to have that name but it isn't anymore for legal issues.

yes! that's why she's speaking a bit of Polish in the end. She does this quite often, right? I think it's so sweet that she makes the effort to learn little phrases in the native language of the crowd she's performing for 🧡

She is a polygot. Speaks at least 5 languages. Her range is 3.5 octaves. She can reach whistle range for sure. Her solo career spans 2007-present. She is releasing Outlanders as an album. A dark Christmas album is coming as well and 2024 will include a new rock album. We are in double digit territories for her music even without the Nightwish albums in which the 5 she sang on match total production after. The woman loves what she does. The sheer joy she gets being on stage is incredible.

Thanks for this video. 👍🏼 I like your reactions very much. 👏🏻Tarja is such an amazing artist and person. I‘m a huge fan since almost 25 years. She did a few more covers. Maybe you would like to react to some other songs. In 2012 she performed ‚Still Of The Night‘ in Rosario. Its on the Act I DVD. Tarja and the Band are rockin‘ it out. 🤘🏻And in 2016 she performed ‚Ohne Dich‘ from Rammstein in the Wacken Metal Church. It is so beautiful and emotional. Best wishes from Germany. Keep on rockin‘.

It's not that american Woodstock, it's music festival from Poland. Full name of this festival was Przystanek Woodstock, but someone from that american festival had problems rhat polish festival have "Woodstock" in name... I think that was last year when this festival was called like that, now it's Pol'and'Rock festival. It's one of the biggest rock/metal music festivals.
