I cook these delicacies:
1. Forest lemonade: long-leaved mint - 2 sprigs, common quatrefoil - a good handful, dandelion flowers - 6 pieces, lungwort flowers - a handful, lemon - 1 circle and 1/5 juice, honey - 1.5 tsp, water - 0.5 litres
2. Green rolls with curd filling: leaves of thistle and horse garlic, bear onion 5-6 leaves, dandelion flowers - 3 pcs, lungwort flowers - 1 tbsp, mascarpone cheese - 3-4 tbsp, salt, ground black pepper to taste
3. Green omelette: eggs - 2 pcs, salt, ground black pepper - to taste, a bunch of greens (tenacious marigold, common feverfew, thistle - leftover from rolls)
4. Dandelion flowers in batter: egg - 1 pc, cream - 30-40 ml, flour - 2 tbsp, a pinch of salt, dandelion flowers. After frying, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
For the nettles in the batter, I added a spice made from ground dried garlic, paprika and tomatoes to the remaining batter.
