I feel unimaginable sorrow and empathy for Roger Trump who was successful by every standard as well as every metric my family considers important. He apparently felt like a failure because his family/Dad was an evil, abusive criminal just like his brother and my Father. Roger, you did well no matter how the abusers treated you. Apparently nothing, since you give no counter examples to all the documents and testimony. When you come up with evidence that the charges are fake -- and no, an acquittal would not prove that the charges are fake, just that the People of the State of NY did not prove their case, for whatever reason -- get back to us, please. If you feel, like Trump, that evidence is not important, in this case or his three other indictments, remember that if you sue someone someday, they may insist that the suit be thrown out because you faked the charges due to your personal dislike of the person you are suing, saying, "Evidence doesn't count, only how the plaintiff feels about me." Is that any way to run a judicial system? Everyone claims that every charge against them is fake and gets off scot free?

My guess is five hours worth of deliberation. I am a retired Seattle litigator, and I’ve waited days and I’ve waited hours. I don’t think it will take a whole day of deliberation. Not eight hours. And not 16. My guess is between five and 15 closer to five. If he gets more than five hours it’s because he’s a former president, but they’re gonna know on their first vote. I think the jury is going to know immediately how they wanna vote and for their original vote they might come back with 12. But they’ll wanna make it respectable and they will and should look over all of the evidence to prove that they took it seriously.

They'll certainly take no less than a day, for the reason you say, but if they come back with a guilty verdict it'll be on the second day. Any longer than that and it'll be because one or two will be holding out looking for "any shred of doubt" instead of "reasonable doubt".

well… I would like to update my recommendation. There’s an extreme Darkside that has surfaced, and that is that Maggie Haberman is implying that the fix may be in. She said that the defense team seems extremely comfortable as though they think that no matter what happens, the jury will hang. They do seem comfortable. You must be comfortable if you’re willing to sleep at the most important criminal trial of your life. If that is true, some people are interpreting Miss Haberman’s statements to mean that the fix is in. That one of the jurors has been paid off, and will hang no matter what the evidence.

It allows the jury to determine what potential circumstances evidence is possibly being spoken by the defendant in the moment. The NDA was simply to cover the individual who resides in the state of Florida tracks & not why it had to be done in the first place to cause him to be in such a position inside a court of law.
