Two years after undergoing treatment for stage 2 breast cancer, Alethea was staggered to learn the cancer had returned - and had spread throughout her body. But when doctors tried to tell her she wouldn’t survive, it lit a fire in her. She made a decision that would not be the outcome.
In her years-long journey with the work, Alethea has overcome herself again and again. She’s met herself in meditation every single day - often multiple times in a day. And when, at her first retreat, she heard Dr Joe talk about doing the meditations not to heal, but to change, she brought even more intention to her practice.

Picture the healing as already done and feel it in your bones. Honestly I can’t even imagine the fear you must be feeling; sending a hug 🤗 Have you heard the story about the four-minute mile and how no one had ever broken that mark before; then the first guy did, and then another, and another until eventully it became very doable. That's also my story ❤almost the same except i never went for the long week retreat, but i plan to go! I went to Barcelona weekend retreat and that was amazing but a long week ...i'm intentioning it❤ i still have a tiny litle thing on my hip too😊 but theres no active cancer cells in my body,i know i'm heal. Still doing the work and soon very soon i'll leave all imuno and hormonoterapy.

It's amazing how the unknown tries to keep you on track and let you know if what you're doing or thinking is correct. Just before I watched this video, I was talking to my sister, who has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She's on medication, and the side effects are really getting to her, making her feel down and less motivated to work as she used to. Her physical condition is dragging her down. This afternoon, I was talking to her about what I felt from Dr. Joe's meditation. I told her that nothing is going to change until we change ourselves. It doesn't matter how many times you meditate; it starts to work when we change. Our conversation ended with both of us focusing on meditation, not to heal, but to change. After the meditation, something inside me told me to check the testimonials on Dr. Joe's KZfaq channel, and then, boom! I saw this video and immediately shared it with my sister. Soon, my sister will have her own testimony at one of Dr. Joe's workshops!

“I had to change!”😀 What a powerful and inspirational testimony. I have personally seen lots of miracles and I was spontaneously healed from hepatitis C. I had my arm broken at the elbow and was told if I didn’t have surgery my arm would be useless. I didn’t have the surgery and I didn’t even have a cast, only a sling. My arm works perfectly as good as the other and is completely pain-free to this day! The sky is the limit never give up!🥰

Wow!! 🎉 This statement just blew my heart and mind open, and my sweet, amazing, loving body is so glad I heard it. I was in Dallas and this women inspired me sooooo much! She told her story right before the last coherence healing which I was fortunate enough to be part of as a healer. My body was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in 2017. This coherence healing was very powerful because of this belief she put in me! Thank you sooooo much Alethea! I am currently living with a benign tumour in my head (pressing on my brain stem) but just this week I have decided I will not be accepting it to stay there rent free. He’s called “Tiny Tim” as he was found just before Xmas in 2023. I have decided to meditate three times a day and I “believe” I will not need a massive operation in October to remove it as I know my body will heal and let Tim go to another realm…wherever that may be. Thank you for sharing this video and I will be doing the same talk, without a giant audience 😂, in October. 🥰

My son had meningioma about 6yrs ago. He had it removed and now it has regrown. I wish he would be open to doing this work for himself but I doubt he would be receptive. I absolutely believe all that Dr. Joe speaks of. Our mind is so powerful. Good luck on your journey. You will gd willing be ok.

I healed my severe eczema and food intolerances with Dispenza's meditations + when I understood it was created by all the fears I had...I just changed my way to see everything around me, especially around food & environment - I bring back the JOY into my life, the TRUST in my body (knowing that my body knows how to create health - he doesn't need me to stress about that haha) and to be GRATEFUL for all the creations and experiences available for us (no more fear about food or environment = just so much choices and possibilities for everyone). This is where I'm at. I am working on becoming a new person and just the last week I have started focusing on working to become healthy instead of focusing on healing. I was also adding to the diagnoses with huge fear around all the toxins in the air, the food, the water, the soil, 5g, clothes, pans etc etc etc blah blah blah. You name it I was worrying about it. It's been utterly exhausting. I can't get well coming from a place like that. So I'm trying to let it all go and know that I will get well and those things can't harm me.

@@emmagascoigne9493 yes I know exactly where you are with your fears...but when we decide to let go of these fears and trust that all is well = your body feel safe and you will start to enjoy life instead of having fears (otherwise its like if you are in a prison). When I started to let go of the fears and enjoy what call me with JOY and EASE = my body heals without forcing it and I stopped reacting to food/environment (imagine I was reacting to my shower/water before...even with the best quality filter in the house!)...than when I understood that my reactions were created by my fears/my emotions = I laughed of my old self with LOVE and COMPASSION and decide to enjoy life without fears - and I stopped listening to all the ''health'' advises - I just liberated myself and started to enjoy life with freedom! + imagine if all these fears around the subjects you named me (toxins, food, water, soil, 5g......) were untruth for you - that your body is stronger than EVERYTHING, that the 5g by exemple is finally the best thing in order to communicate with people around the world (transform every subject with Gratitude and a sense of peace with the humans creations...because our expansion is made from a lot of creations and its better to make peace with that and trust in our capacities! Than you don't have to convince people around you of your new perspectives, because some person won't be ready to change their visions, but you can free yourself and enjoy this wonderful life = your body craves probably this amazing feeling of freedom!!

Wow! What an amazing story! One of those really powerful ones! For the past 4 years, since I first learned about dr. Joe, I've seen each &every one of the testimonials published on KZfaq. This specific one has forced me to write a comment. You see I come from Greece, and the name of this magnificent woman "Alethea" in Greek means Truth! The allegory is so profound... And, as if this isn't enough already, in Greek the word "alethea" actually derives from Ancient Greek language, meaning the "unforgettable" one. According to a philosophical approach, truth (: "alethea") is a fact that simply cannot be forgotten over time, therefore truth is timeless, (as opposed to lies which do have an expiration date)! So, in this testimonial, this superwoman "Alethea" tells us a true story, about a global TRUTH and the way she experienced it. So a couple of days ago, I was looking for something and found (by accident) Dr Joe’s book, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself that I never got around to reading, but intended to read. I left it out to start. My friend sent me a different video to watch as I too have been going through the dark night of the soul regarding cancer. Underneath her video was this one. It caught my eye and I eagerly watched it - I NEEDED this video clip. Alethea I have many similarities to your life. The Divine Spirit lead me to hear this. It has bought me so much comfort and hope. That fcking door!!!! It opened for me after realizing “I” was the door. I saw it all. My question was answered. And I don’t want to know anymore. I pulled back because I saw the truth and didn’t want to know more. I rather just meditate in silence and just rest and heal within. One day I’ll journey out again. For now, I have to come to terms with our reality.

@@delaslight it was called the electric body, but he modified it to add in a pineal grand exercise. So we are going into deep meditation with our pineal gland flexed. Be careful out there. The universe has endless beauties, but it also has endless horrors. Know and prepare if you are planning on traveling. The universe is not the only place we can go to. Please, I can’t stress this enough, be cautious but stay confident of yourself and skills. Practice a lot. Eventually, you will have to learn to move energy. Is possible, find a light worker and convince them to teach you. There’s a good chance they will say no because of something we know can happen, so they might just tell you what to read and practice. I just realized something, before doing this meditation, become familiar with hyper focus and letting things go, like emotions, just let them pass through you without you reacting. This is vital for if you get too emotional while you’re out, it will throw you back into your body. There are many things to learn but the utmost important thing to learn is full control of your emotions and thoughts. Stay clear and when you think, think 1 thing at a time, then let go. Stay clear minded as long as possible. This helps tremendously. The more you practice focus and clarity, the better, faster, stronger your mind will be and will always show you the truth and right path. It’s incredible what our minds can do when clear and determined.
