Expel 1 student for fighting off 17 students, some armed with knives, who were all previously reported for bullying. Sounds just about right for school management logic.

@jilledgar87698 ай бұрын
Did you not listen to the details? All the bullies were injured while she had no injuries. THAT is why she was expelled. It makes sense because the authorities only had the physical evidence in front of them. She was not hurt, but the bullies were.
@cokser8 ай бұрын
She had no injuries. And they all claimed she hurt them and they have injuries it's sad but that's how law works. If you're fighting someone let's say your partner it doesn't matter what they did to you. If they have bruising or injury and u don't then you're getting charged because by then they can verify you hit them to the point of week-month bruising with evidence of that wound,if you say "well he/she did this to me" and there is no bruising or magic video for the fight then they can't verify that or it would be considered that you didnt used necessary force, like if he/she push you and you're basically fine and you just start full on punching them over and over again that's unnecessary force so you're the one in trouble and going to jail for probably domesticated abuse on your partner

These types of material about bullying in S. Korean movies and episodic series are made to call out and highlight just how f***ed up the laws are within the country when it comes to consequences towards dealing with underage offenders. Every sane South Korean person are fully aware of this issue, but their politicians rather not have at it if it's gonna mean punishing the youth, which ultimately affects generations to come. In S. Korea you could literally commit crime and major offenses 24/7 while being 14yrs and younger and at the end of the day the authorities have no choice but to release you back to your parents, due to their being no law in place for the police to have any grounds to hold you.
