Thanks for your reaction. You asked, how did she get successful. Lisa has been training dance since the age of 3 or 4, when her mom noticed her interest in dance. She has been competing (and winning)since the age of 6. Was the star of a very successful dance troupe at the age of 12, that also had Bam Bam, another teen that eventually became a popular kpop idol. At 14 she auditioned for YG, and was the sole teen selected from 4,000 teens auditioned in Thailand and the first non-Korean trainee ever selected by YG. So at 14 she moved to South Korea and entered the rigorous and brutal YG training program (16 hour days, 13 straight days, and 1 day off, with very strict rules such as no dating, no smoking, no tattoos, etc, living in very spartan-like dormitories). Literally, YG auditioned something like 8,000 to 10,000 talented teens from all over Asia. For example, Rose was the sole teen selected for the program after auditioning 700 teens in Australia. Then there were Monthly sink or swim performances where the trainees were weeded out. Lisa was in the program for 5 years. In the last year before debuting, the trainee program had been reduced to 9 girls, and in that last year 5 more were weeded out. So, the 4 members of Blackpink literally went through four to six years of hell to earn their debut as Blackpink. All the members of Blackpink describe the program as being "cold-hearted and cruel" with excessive criticism, often being told they weren't good enough, and each member often thought of quitting and going home. They are the best of the best, talented, beautiful and psychologically tough as nails to have survived the hell they went through to debut. So, that is how Lisa has become successful, born with talent and worked extremely hard to perfect her dancing, singing, rap and stage presentation skills for 5 years before ever debuting. She has earned every bit of success that she has. By South Korean standards, the YG Trainee program is quite generous. Most other company trainee programs make the girls sign contracts obligating the girl to pay back the company's investment through their training programs, but not YG, that actually invested millions of dollars in training each member of Blackpink before their debut. And that is why it was so competitive to get into, aside from the fact that YG would provide the best producers, art directors, crafts people to make world class MVs and songs for your group further assuring success IF your are chosen to debut.

Actually the other members have their own yt channel except jisoo (we are still waiting for her to create her own channel) they all have their own busy schedule because they are ambassador of different fashion brand like for example for lisa she is the ambassador for celine and more and rose for ysl and jennie for chanel and jisoo for dior and also jisoo have her incoming drama and thats all they get for their own promotion because the other 2 member jennie and rose are done for their solo debut and promotion so lisa has her own promotion too (and all her lili film is her own content and based on my knowledge yg her company don't promote her channel and don't interfere because that's their own content and they may post whatever she wants because its her) and the next who will have solo debut is jisoo because as of now she is quite busy because of her upcoming drama
