This poor dog, this should never be. What's wrong with people letting a dog be so neglected to this level. We need to educate, bring awareness to this terrible problem worldwide regarding these innocent animals. They deserve better. My highest respect to you all for getting involved and making a difference in this world for God's creatures. This dog is absolutely beautiful. Please take care of him.
