@@deshonragan129 she gets more muscular but compared to bruce's hulk transformation?? like even when he's professor hulk, he looks inhumanly strong and large, she gets like maybe half a foot taller and a bit more muscle definition. you can cry "biological differences between men and women" all you want but she literally has magic hulk serum in her and there are just real normal women who look beefier and stronger

Damage Control is still a thing and showed up in NWH. the Accords basically became moot after the Snap when the Avengers ceased being an active thing.

It wouldn’t be very compelling if classic hulk came back since they already treaded that same ground narrative wise in the Incredible Hulk & previous avengers movie’s.. They can’t explore the World War Hulk story because it messes up the MCU status quo.. unless it’s a multiverse variant that has nothing to do with the main MCU Hulk..
