Mi Mi neither of them are the bad one, this show has different villains as it progresses, in this point (first third) is the prime minister, during the second third it (one could say) will be the husband of the lady in yellow dress and in the last third it will be the other sister-in-law of the pregnant lady

So the yellow lady blames jianluo for loosing a baby but in fact she was quareling with her earlier , jianluo didnt want to hear the crap and left first yellow lady followed her and slipped from the stairs. Accidents happen but she should no put the blame on others but on herself
