Set the mom and dad up with a pregnancy announcement and see if they come clean. Say that you wanted to tell them first since they didn't seem too happy about the relationship. If not tell them you are going in for genetic testing at the advice of your doctor. I could come to understand keeping the secret, until the two of them started dating.

Break up immediately and have a meeting with ALL 4 parents and present them with the DNA results. I personally would never forgive the 2 that were cheating.

This is a potentially family destroying secret... How will they also deal with a parent of each of them not telling their child that they are sleeping with their sibling. I'm so sorry for this pair. On another weird note. Facts point that their offspring are not doomed to birth defects or medical problems.the couples chance of a healthy child is just about as high as another couple... Unless they both carry a serious same gene mutation that they would have to have both inherited from Mum or Dad.
