This is the real reason why she is going to be single for awhile because her current expectation is not targeting the opposite of a "good" man. For this edited version, using your example she is a 4 looking for a 5 wouldn't make it unreasonable. If she is looking for a 7 or higher, that will be unreasonable.

my thing about these things, and it goes for guys and girls equally, is that ok what if you have this check list and then you finally go out with this person and you just don't "vibe." You can't really click with someone until you actually hang out with them and spend time. Honestly, I don't think you can ever really be ready, just prepared. My longest relationships were with people I wasn't expecting, they weren't 'perfect" but after getting to know them we made it work for several years each.

No kids within 7 years is a pretty wild timeline to throw on initially. No kids within 3 years and being open to discussion after that would make sense. But most good men aren't going to agree to such a hardline no kid stance for nearly a decade on day 1. When adding height and the rest onto thar, you're just left with "bad boy" types lol.

I have been with my gf for 2 years now and would not want kids in the next 5 years, because I have things I would rather do.
