Extreme devotion for his two daughters and genuinely caring for his daughters health allergies as well as finding a rescue dog!! Can we all take a moment to say BEST DAD EVER!! Many blessings for that family! A great lesson learned, you can find your perfect dog companion RESCUED! No need to continue with purchase of dogs when many are waiting in the shelters for their perfect forever home!

See, you can tell that these kids have been educated on proper animal care, and I think more people should teach their kids to be this way. Props to the parents for doing such a good job.

I love how chloe ran straight to violet so sweet it's sad to know she's allergic to dogs atleast she's able to own a dog. Now she will have a companion to get her through rough times.

I LOVE that lil Chloe legit bolts to the kids when she hears them screeching in excitement. She's as excited as they are! They weren't kidding when they said she loves kids.

I am so happy that your family found a good puppy that your daughter isn't allergic to! It gives me hope. We adopted a whippet lab mix and found out 2 of our kids were allergic to her. The doctor told us that our son would start having breathing complications soon with allergy season coming up, so we worked quickly to find her a new forever family to be with, and she loves them dearly. We miss our Daisy, but she's happy, safe and loved.

That little girl reminds me of my daughter! She could spot a dog from 20 miles away. In mid sentence she’d stop and say .. doggy!! She’s 23 now and still does the same thing! Lol 😂

When the girls screamed and were so happy when the dad said we’re getting this dog it literally brung tears of joy to my eyes!

This was the BEST ‘INTRODUCTION ‘ ADOPTION day I’ve ever watched only BC of Cloe’s immediate reaction & excitement to the girls right after entering the apartment & even after only hearing the girls voices that were filled with excitement themselves Cloe BAILED as fast as she could right to them as if she had always been a part of the family ! Now , that was BEAUTIFUL!!!

I like that the dog was as excited as the girls when they started squealing when they first saw her. Not afraid at all, ran right over to introduce herself to them! So cool!

A kid is cleaning her room for a dog? Forget paying kids cash, just promise them pets!

2 years later and this video still makes me cry. God bless the family and I hope that Chloe lives a long and happy life :) I’m so glad she found the best forever home she could ask for.

I don't know why I cried so hard watching this. I can't imagine being allergic to the very creature that brings me joy. I unfortunately I can't keep dogs where I live, but when I move, best believe I am rescuing a maltese the first chance I get. I'm so happy she was able to finally find the perfect match for her.

My daughter was obsessed with cats from the beginning. Her first word was cat. She is 19 years old and she has never lived in a home without cats. I’m so glad this little girl finally has her dog.

Kudos to your family, dad. Instead of surprising the girls and possibly scaring Choe half out of her ears with the excitement, you prepared them. You required of them to make the place dog safe. And they did that of you too. Delayed gratification and anticipating gifts is sadly, such a thing of the past. Deserving the dog here was simply a moot point. I can't tell you how satisfying this video was. Planning, preparing, adopting, hypoallergenic. There wasn't a better fit for you and the pup! She is an angel, so are your daughters and wife. And gosh, not being just a little bashful here, man to man, you are on to your family too. Owwww, Dodo. I got something in my eye!

This absolutely made my day! I have a Maltese as well. They're super affectionate and wonderful companions; mine acts exactly like Chloe does and is like a daughter to me. I can tell they have an unbreakable bond that'll last a lifetime! I hope the two of them are doing well ❤️

I'm severely allergic to a lot of different things. Trees, grass, molds, Animals like cats, horses, gunniepigs, birds and dogs. I went through taking allergy shots to atleast reduce the severity of my allergy. The shots went well, until I had a bad reaction to one and was put into the ICU (it's my asthma that's connected to the allergies, hence the hospitalization) I was on the shots for a long enough that my doc said my body would be able to handle most of what I'm allergic to. I'm able to play with dogs, but I'm still really allergic to cats and trees and some grass/molds. I now have a son who I unfortunately transfered my allergies to, he turned 8 this week and now I'm on my own journey to get my son a dog he and I can live with. I absolutely love this video, and it gives me hopes that I'll be able to do what this dad did and find a dog for my son.

Oh that did my heart good! I feel that dogs (and or cats) and kids just go together and then after you've grown up with one...or a few you can't help but have them when you are an adult too! I am a huge dog lover. I can't have one right now. I live on the top floor of an apartment on a busy street and I work 8 hours a day 40 hours a week. So, at this point in my life I don't have a dog. I do however, have the most wonderful cats! I could feel the girl's excitement to get Chloe right off the screen! Ive felt the same way every time I adopted a dog or cat. What a wonderful family and with the addition of 4 paws now it is complete!

Two things: 1) I super love how much you all cared about it being a rescue dog as oppose to going to a breeder, rescue dogs, especially when it comes to needs likes being hypoallergenic, tend to get over looked in favour of going to a breeder and being able to go here's money, i want that one (I know it's not as simple as that but compared to rescuing it really seems like it) 2) the fact that you were willing to do this for you little girl even though it was going to be a rough time was so heartwarming and I'm glad you were able to find Chloe.

This video made me cry for more than one reason. My reasons: Because Chloe looks a lot like my dog that passed away a few months ago when she was very young, because a sweet dog gots a loving family, because Violet was able to finally get a sweet dog, and because of how amazing that father is.
