The City of Los Angeles doesn't want to take care of the locals with good housing, would rather them unalive on the street. Mental Health is NOT taken seriously and half the people on the street aren't just drug users but people who are mentally unstable or disabled or fighting cancer, and lost their homes due to illness. Section 8 is useless, most people stay on there forever, most people on the waiting list have died, and I'm sure they don't want to do a clean sweep of 39.0 Million people. There are more TOURIST attractions than affordable housing. People literally marched against homeless people getting affordable housing, just so they could have a movie theater instead. So We are our OWN enemy as well as the gov... :D Also tax money, is used for housing, jobs, schools, but we never see any of it. Thank you for the video, I appreciate. DTLA will never change cause there’s always business down there 😂 similar to how there are always newly renovated buildings, you’ll notice that the ground hasn’t been fixed on most of the streets. The new houses and buildings are all throughout LA. I say blame the people with the most tax breaks it’s going back in their pockets instead of into maintaining the city’s infrastructure

My theory is that the surgery lights at the beginning is Hameln ripping out Rebecca's brain and they did a sprit ritual which then transferred Rebecca's soul into Amanda
