My advice is WALK AWAY. You are wasting your time investing time and emotion into a dead relationship. It's OVER - Love CAN last for decades or it can just fades away. Only thing that MAY work is distance. Say okay and have no contact. Its hard but it works. She will either come back when she knows what she's missing. Or dissappear. Been there and done it!

Almost impossible to recover a relationship from that point. I wasted 4 years trying to get a girl's attraction levels to spike again; failed miserably. My advice to guys going through this? Move on. Run. Run away.

Probably just best to move on. Who knows what happens during that break. She could be dating around or even more, and you're her fall back? Nope. Move on, improve yourself, learn and don't make the same mistakes you made with her in another relationship. Ideally, a woman is mature enough to tell you when her feelings are changing negatively, and you both work on it to re-spark the flames. If not, then let her go when she says she's wants out.

Those who's heart are broken by their partner I just wanna say that I'm really sorry, you dont deserve this I know it hurt really bad I feel the same, there is nothing wrong to have hope that she/he will come back because I have the same hope and faith that one day she will come back to me, I'm on no contect it's been 3 weeks. Have hope take care of yourself.

Guys, never ever chase or convince a woman to be or stay with you. All that does is push her further away. If she suddenly becomes flakey or something, then simply just tell her you are done with her behaviour and just focus on your ambition, purpose and vision, as well as go to the gym and meet and date other people out there. Women who are truly interested or in love with you will always comeback, especially when they see you ain’t bothered and can easily walk away from them. If not, then she was just using you. Either way, it is a win win. So guys, whenever a woman pushes you away, then see it as an opportunity to focus on your own growth. Let her see you happily living life without her and if you meet a new young woman who respects you more, then you shouldn’t leave her to go back to someone who doesn’t respect you enough. She broke up with you and should be left in the past whilst you continue focusing on your ambition, purpose and vision and having fun here and there with your new girlfriend who never doubts your masculinity.

I tried to get answers from her first, like why did you lose feelings etc... and said people always leave, I dont want you to leave just like any other person. Let's fix that and maintain our relationship .. maybe should have said (lets make it stronger than before what do you think? ). She said Im trying for nothing, I wont get results. Then I didnt reply anymore and removed her as a follower on instagram and unfollowed her , like a sign telling her okay go, but without replying to her . *Did I make the right move?*

This is happening to me now although she hasn’t told me that she wants to break up she is acting very differently and distant. I have a feeling that she’s been in contact with her ex-boyfriend. The hardest thing is trying not to contact her. We have something planned in a few days, so I’m going to see if she contacts me between now and then.

Hi All…. I’m a M (34) and my GF of 4 years is 44. Just recently as of Thursday she said she’s lost attraction and feelings for me. We’ve not gaged any intimacy with each other since March! She’s not been fully right since January 2020,Where she had to have an emergency hysterectomy which in turn has sent her to early menopause. Let her reach out first, and you just focus on yourself now. Dont ignore her when she reaches out. But dont be too excited either. Be neutral and respond with less words, she will start to wonder whats going on in ur life, and thats when she will start thinking about u more. But u keep it neutral until ur instincts tell u that the spark is back. Remember to not be too available and ur first response should be a late response as you are gonna be busy living ur own life.

Ask her questions, where is this coming from? How do you feel? Tell me more. Validate them and soon the issue will arise and offer space if there’s no obvious issues
