Looking back over some of your episodes Arroz and stumbling on this one I haven’t seen before I’d imagine it was some sort of accident as Bossy may be a bit of a barge bum and her way or no way, no one can take away her motherhood. Bossy is in my eyes is the best mother any baby monkey could have. She is brilliant in every way as a mother.

I found your channel around Dec or Jan this year. Got all caught up in it. I decided to go back to the beginning and watch in order. Periodically i will skip ahead to a title that sparks interest to see what is going on.Tonght i came across this one. Sad. i prefer to think of Bossy Jr. as MIA. Maybe she was monkey knapped? Maybe she just got separated from the group and she is playing with some new freinds? I just can't bare to think of her as gone forever. Bossy Jr has such a special personality. She is just brave enough to have had gone off exploring a little to far or to have done something more daring. i just prefer to hang on to those thoughts & memories of. her. Call it denial if you will. i prrfer it that way. i am not ready to let go. Thousands of miles away; in a country I will never have the opportunity to visit, Arroz has made me fall in love with the faces, personalities and the lives of these monkeys. I feel their hurt and their hunger. I even feel their playfulness and their love for one another. I cringe when there is an intruder. I even feel bullied when Skullhead's scouts arrive. It is amazing how much like humans they really are. Their abilty to battle the natural elements simply amazes me. Thank you for sharing these remarkable souls with us. - Louisiana, USA

I wonder if she could have been snatched by someone walking or in a car. She was always so curious and fearless. Bossy Sr. would carry her right onto the cars. She would run ahead of her mom and get alone. Someone could have lured her into a car and rolled up the window before mom could save her. I hope she is alive but I don't want her to be a pet either. I will miss our sweet beautiful little girl. Thank you Arroz for letting us into their lives and allowing us to love them.

I did see a while back a baby who had lost her whole foot, bone stick in out, lots of blood. I did not know who it was. I hope it was not her. That's a painful way to go.RIP baby girl, we are all thinking of you.

Omg! First I have to say I'm truly sorry Mr.Arroz! I know you have much love and respect each and every one of these monkeys and being there getting to know them personally has to make this even harder. As hard as this is affecting all of us (your loyal followers), I can't even begin to imagine how hard it is for you. This is absolutely heartbreaking! Our little Tomboy who always had to have a stick in her sweet little hands and it was so shocking that she would have been the next alpha female of the group since she had the most down to earth, easy going,loving, and caring personality. I can't help but wonder why, how, when! I'm over here with tears down my cheeks as I type this. Rip baby girl.. Ps. I'm sure it's hard to tell but Mr. Arroz, have you ever seen any change in Mama Bossy in the last few months? I have been watching these videos for about a year now I got amazed that theres so much like humans the way to hug each other the way they do facial movements the way they crossed there feet like to human hands they act like humans thats what got me hooked now I watch them all the time and I get so involved my family doesnt understand they think Im crazy watching monkeys all the time but they are so peaceful

Such a sad loss for Bossy but the troup especially since Bossy's older daughter has been sterilized. Now there is only Lilly. Maybe the "handsome stranger" liaisons will produce gurls, hope so or this troupe will eventually die out. That would be just to sad.

Infant mortality is a very sad, but very real part of nature. A grim reminder of how cruel and unforgiving the universe can be, which we can all too easily forget from the safety and comfort of modern society. She could have met her end a 1000 different ways at the mercy of nature, we'll never know for sure. But agonizing over how she succumbed to the elements does nobody any good, and in the end we should celebrate how she lived, instead of dwelling on how she perished, and remember and cherish our memories of her as an inspiration to live each remaining day of our lives to the fullest.

Thanks for the memories! There is so much going through my mind right now. Even with the heads-up of knowing a baby was lost, tears still weld-up in my eyes. Any loss is huge, but losing another girl really puts a wrench in the troop. For being a higher ranking monkey, Bossy Jr always pleasantly surprised me at how kind and friendly she was... not to mention she was great at her use of tools :) Arroz Marisco, I know it must have been so heavy on your shoulders for you to carry this knowledge of losing one of our lil ones for so long.
