Have you tried ginger for your cold/inflamation? Apparently there are some like mints or cough drops( or whatever they are called), make sure to look for some that are pure ginger- no other ingredients - except for flavouring if your not a fan of the taste. Some people react instantly , so its worth a shot:)! And congrats on the pregnancy #3😄
