I agree with some this. But not fully. There is no LEADER of any kind in Little Mix but they do each a specialty that they are known for and the other girls recognize as great added qualities to the group. Jesy and Jade are both the "dancers" of the group because they both wanted to be dancers more so than singers. Leigh-Anne raps really good. Jesy beat boxes really good. Perrie is the soulful Belter of the group, she can get in the same pocket or close to that of Beyonce, Celine Dion, Katy Perry (Strong, powerful voices), Jade can sing any way she wants really, she gets low, high, soft, sexy, jazzy, motown, raspy, etc... Leigh-Anne gets high, soft, raspy like Jade which is why sometimes even us MIXERS get them two mixed up on some records especially on Glory Days. Jesy gives us the sexy soulful voice. They all can sing equally good and could be solo artist if they wanted to and have flourishing careers. All in all, They are AWESOME and the best girl group to do it in my opinion. They got it all. There is no one person that is weak or lacking in something. They all can dance good and in sync with each other.

i agree that there is NO lead singer. a lead singer means that one person sings MORE than the rest of the group which ALL of them share equally. someone did a video of LM singing their parts n they added it up to all singing exactly the same amount of words..

Omg you ain't seen nothing yet. But vocally Jade is a perfectionists so she's very strict about their harmonies being perfect. This is just 2 percent of what this girls are. You have to watch them perform live with full on dance. And they also write their own music

They won the UK XFactor in 2011, they auditioned as soloists but were put together by Kelly Rowland at the very end of Bootcamp, since then they have had 4 albums, and sold over 23 million records. They are huge in the UK, Europe Asia Australia, they are desperate to crack the US, they have many loyal fans already, but like you most people have no idea who they are! They are touring with Ariana Grande from February for 3 months, and they are at last being promoted on Radio Stations in the US from 24th January. There is no Lead Singer, they do not Auto Tune or Lip Sync. They are just 4 talented young girls who work extremely hard.

Management is fcking crap. That's why they haven't broken thru the the US yet but they'll be Ariana's opening act. They're big everywhere else tho. There's no lead singer. Jesy is so talented she can rap, beatbox and sing her voice is so unique and like raspy and leighannes vocals are so beautiful especially I like her range she can go light and dark and it sounds amazing and her rapping is like a goddess and Perrie has really powerful vocals but it’s also pretty good when she goes super light and holds her notes and jade is my favorite her voice is so gentle and sweet she’s also the our little jeed she’s so cute

Perrie Edwards ALMOST became the leader when they were still in the X Factor (and they won it) tho she decided to regret becoming the leader because she said that all of them can sing (i agree) and now there is no leader at the moment.

they met on x factor UK, they sang solo to enter the program then after they were called to form a group. well they won x factor uk 2011 and they're together since then. they're all amazing singers and dancers. I don't know why people only know fifth harmony or even compare little mix with them, the two groups are on two different levels.

Once when they tried to make Perri the lead singer because of her powerful voice she stated ‘ we all sing and there is no lead. They are beautiful and talented very close fiends. I had the pleasure of meeting Leigh-Ann when I was security /staff supervisor at London Wembley arena. I escorted her to her car. She wasn’t with. E rest of the band that night as they wasn’t performing.
