Not sure I have ever seen a walkway that dark before. At first I thought it was blacktop not concrete! I am always amazed at how much of a difference cleaning the walkway and driveway make. Thank you, Spencer, for all you do!

It is so amazing, the transformation. I can't believe how dirty that sidewalk was. I know it happens gradually and we just don't notice it, but once you start to clean it, it really highlights the difference. Good work, Spencer!

Beautiful job Spencer! If you don't already you should let homeowners know it's a big liability if a visitor or delivery person slips on the algae ridden walkways and driveways. They could be sued.

I had to laugh. I have seen so many of those overdramatized commercials where they show you an over the top dirty floor, bathtub, skillet, oven, etc. knowing that no one ever lets anything get that filthy. Then lo and behold, here comes Spencer with a sidewalk and driveway every bit a grimy and dirty as those over exaggerated infomercials selling a miracle product. Impressive work and much needed. It made her house so much better looking and she genuinely appreciated it. As you mentioned, it is now safer as well, mold and algae gets slippery when wet which poses a greater hazard for the elderly and those with mobility issues. THANK YOU for doing a great job and giving of your time.

Pressure Washing is so satisfying both to do and to watch being done. You did a wonderful service for this elderly lady, making her walk down the sidewalk much safer. I did my tile roof recently and what a difference. It was hard to look both before because of how bad it looked and after because the bright sun almost blinded you.
