Moar golf big 🐕 I've been interested in it recently and started taking lessons in December, but haven't been back in a while because the instructor, and myself, had coof. I need to reschedule my next one soon. But yeah I was/am total crap lol. It's just a different motion than I'm used to. Especially any hip motion, ugh. Needless to say, I cannot dance either, I wasn't born with that part of my brain. From what I've been taught so far, you basically want to coil up your body and then release it, driving with your shoulders and hips (it's not an arm motion that's generating the power). And your head should ideally hardly move at all until just after you've got hit it. My instructor has showed me ideal swings in slow-mo and the guy's head was static, while his body coiled and released, like a chicken or hummingbird haha, in how they can move while keeping their head still.
