Of course she did. A female is the survivor in 98% of these films. If you have a chance to wager on the outcome of any one of them, always bet on one of the female characters. I think most of the people who write this stuff share the same brain.
@bigbadwolf319910 ай бұрын
@@DNTMEE It's hilarious because it brainwashes female viewers into thinking they are untouchable kung fu immortal beings while in real life if they ever tried any shit they would end up raped, killed and thrown in a ditch. All this movies do is feed female delusions. It's actually an underrated film. It keeps you guessing what happened and who killed her friend. The way the story unfolds make everyone suspicious: the 2 gigolos, the landlord, the police guy, Zain,the bestfriend's ex-husband, even Beth herself but never her husband. That drops like a bomb. Also I feel terrible for Beth. The girl just want to relax after a long time but all the terrible things rained down on her 😅

@HexenFrau11 ай бұрын
@@r.lamont8120This is not new, nor is it exclusive to women (Andrew Tate anyone?) and people have been trying to convince others to do what they say since the Dawn of human existence. Control = power, and the lure of power is overwhelmingly enticing for some people. With this being said, anyone who would make such a drastic change to their life because someone else, who they don’t know personally, and probably never will, told them to, then they are not mentally mature enough to have full access to the internet to begin with. Yes, people self diagnose because doctors are generally ash holes who refuse to listen to the patient, and especially for women where it’s near impossible to get a Dr to take you seriously because they all make the same kinds of assumptions about women that you did. This mindset is why heart disease and heart attacks in women have a 50% chance of being misdiagnosed. I do agree that the main character had horrible people in her life, and the best friend and husband top that list for sure, but there was no need to try to shame other people for behavior that doesn’t harm you, or really even affect you. Unless your married to someone who isn’t able to decide for themselves if they want to be in the relationship, which let’s be honest, if someone is with a person like that it’s probably because they wanted to take advantage themselves, so there’s not a lot of room to stand on that one. It is possible to comment on the characters without disparaging others in the process.
