We had received a desperate plea for help, a dog suffers two broken legs after being beaten on the street. She was crawling around with two broken front legs, sliding on her face for at least a week and strangely enough, no one wanted to help her.
She was in a terrible condition, and completely exhausted and in so much pain...

I must add my thanks to this wonderful charity for saving her from the street and the desperate situation she was in, you were amazing in her rehabilitation. She is now in the beautiful country of CANADA with a lovely family who love her very much. Cleo is such a beautiful dog with a beautiful nature. What is it with people now, that they could see a poor dog in obvious distress and they just watched her and did nothing! They are just as bad as the evil scum that did that to her. It hurts my heart so bad to watch these videos time and time again, unfathomably wondering how people can be so horrid to these beautiful creatures, but I come back, time and time again, because their stories deserve to be told, and it brings just as much joy to see them be saved and see their lives completely turn around for the better. Given half the chance they would hurt humans. I will say it again, nothing is more scary than evil humans. My heart broke for this innocent sentient being. Thank God for compassionate people. So glad this sweet puppy dog is getting a second chance from kind and caring people. I rescued a badly abused cat last week; almost cannot believe folks can be so crass and uncaring. Rescued kitty is on the improve, and I am happy for her! She will become a loving companion.

I want to express a special thank you to the medical and surgical team that fought so hard to save and eventually had to amputate her legs. You are heroes in my book. I feel sorry for Cleo for experiencing that, she was beaten and because of that she needs her two front legs to be amputated, it's hard for her to do the things she always do.
