earth pressure is not considered why ...if the shear wall is to design in basement there might be pressure of soil ..

Why do you need to divide the wall sir?...can't you able to design the whole single wall ... again why are you making spandrel bla bla bla....😭😭😭🙄...it's always giving confusion to me
