I usually don’t shed during the daytime but it’s cool to see a girl who does! Also reminder! Make sure to do your monthly peeling otherwise it will get too thick and it will be painful to peel!

Shedding during the day happens for a couple reasons: traveling over timezones, hormone changes during menopause, and high stress. Thank you for talking about this! We're not lizards! #normalizeshedding

When I shed during the day I typically have to take a cold shower if I want to go out somewhere and that prolongs the shedding until the night time! If that doesn’t help then try drinking some herbal tea with honey and turning the ac down really low!! Hope that helped!

When I shed during the day, usually I take a cold shower, and something i do that i havent seen others do is i actually used honey, and also dont wear thick material! hope this is helpful :)

When I shed during the day I usually take a cold shower as well. Sometimes I use coconut oil, if the cold shower doesn't work. I hope that helps. 😊

You might be low on iron 😬 but it might just be your skin so try using aloe Vera or rose oil. Rose oil is for more minor skin issues and aloe Vera is what my cousin with eczema uses

A cold shower helps, but also try vasaline. It’ll smooth out any unshed skin, then you can go back at it at night. Hope this helps ❤️😘

honestly when this happens during the day i eat a quick snack and take some tylenol so itll hold off until i get home. then when i get home a peel it off then hop in the shower so i can clean my new layer and then do a little self care day. always makes me feel better.

@Butterflygirly-pq2kd you need to make sure you’re peeling it off every single night and if it still hurts you should try aloe Vera. My cousin has eczema so her shedding causes discomfort and aloe Vera helps it peel during the night and soothes her skin so she no longer has discomfort and can sleep peacefully

When I start shedding I typically eat the skin and if that doesn’t work I will smell and then eat a very spicy chilli 🌶️.I hope this helps all the other girls out there😊
