Having a stable job in your field of education, with annual holidays and a steady income, is often more desirable than struggling to find work as a freelancer or entrepreneur. Starting a business or pursuing a dream can be incredibly challenging and requires a tremendous amount of hard work. Passion alone is not enough, and it may take years to achieve success. People often underestimate the resources and planning required to make such a transition. It's not always a easy or glamorous as it seems

Can you discuss your ideas on women accepting their roles as traditional wives. Meaning, the men take up the responsibility of earning for them. While the women mostly stay home, take care and baby the husband and kids if any. (This does not include easy part time work/volunteering. The women are more family oriented than making their existence about career) Why would this be a better set up for our community? Can men ever step up and take responsibility? If there was no societal shame in being a traditional wife and family gal, and money wasnt a concern, will women in fact be happier resuming this role to be their primary identity ? Obviously women cannot let go of generations of conditioning that their intellectual input is of utmost importance for the community!
