Yeah. Many less than honest crab meat sellers mix sheepshead in with the crab meat. Most can't tell it apart.

Growing up, we called Sheepshead "Indian River grouper" I remember giving some to a family friend that loved it so much she went around to all the seafood shops asking for Indian River grouper and everyone thought she was crazy! I love this KZfaq channel!

Dear Robert, Sarah, Arya and Emma, I have been a subscriber of yours since you were still under 100k back and I always say this but you and your family and friends just fill me with so much joy and show me that happiness from the simple things and not taking them for granted truly is the meaning of life and love. I hope one day to make a family of my own like yours! I used to dwell and be down about not having a father but after watching Rob and Sarah you two just proved to me that I too can have a happy family and life even though I didn’t have it growing up. Thank you so much and if you are ever in SoCal Orange County I will show you all of the great fishing spots!!!

Moved to Florida with my wife and 2 kids this month because of watching your all of your videos, got me hooked on florida, never been here before. I watched this video when it was first released, had to watch it again because I caught my first sheepshead today. Also this week was the first time trying everglades seasoning, its incomparable, we've been putting it into everything. I don't know why we haven't ordered it before. Saw it at Publix and had to try them all. God bless you and your family

Piccata of any type is my daughter Melody's favorite meal. I love making it for her and her family when I am at their home. I personally can't abide the pith of the rind, so when I make it at my home, I always remove it. Great fishing, cleaning and cooking as usual Robert. I so love to see Sarah enjoy her meals. Love you all.

He talks to his teachers in school about the different types of crabs and he taught me a thing or two. We ate crab about 2 weeks ago and we used old bay and he said the best seasoning to use is everglades . This is a serious message im putting out here . If you could Sincerely take the time to meet him i will bring him up to meet you.

Jenson Beach- made the run from Virginia to Stuart every summer for a decade or more for 2 weeks in July during the 70's and 80's.. 17 hours in the car. Lots of sand dollars from Jenson Beach. We also fished the St Lucie and Indian rivers hard with my grandfather. Caught all kinds of fish. Good stuff.

We used to scrape a bucket of barnacles on low tide and crush em up then use a lil bit for chum around the pier, put a small pie e if meat on a gold hook and catch tons of sheephead.I like to cut the fillet into strips and drop em in boiling water for about a minute and dip em in butter, taste just like crab.
