Interesting concept that I was unaware about, thank you for bringing it to my attention. Any or certain video editor program/app(s) ?

I use Wondershare Filmora; but I think you can use any video editor that allows timelines to overlap. If you don't have "difference" blend like Filmora you will have to use a "Negative" or "Invert" filter on one copy of your video clip to produce the same effect.
