Jese koi Bihari ho aur uske ghar me hindi ya bhojpuri boli jati hai toh woh mostly ussi bhasha me bolega khas todpe gali. And yaha ek unche post ke officer ko dikhaya hai jisne apni padhai training English medium me ki hai and metro city me rehti hai. Toh mostly English use hota hai.

@@richasharma6086 its like u have colonial mindset they also used to think that if few persons committs crime from a community they would label whole community as criminal tribes. It is same as Vikash dubey comitted a crime in UP and UP government declare whole Brhamin community as "criminal community".
