Having a coach or teammate like this coach makes playing so much for fun, and allows you to get better so much faster

Great video. I particularly enjoyed the core workouts and the ladder drill at the end. I'll be sure my keepers know who to thank while they're suffering today.

@spootboot The club was a cricket club when it formed in 1820 as The Wednesday Cricket Club (named after the day of the week when they played their matches.) A meeting on the evening of Wednesday 4 September 1867 at the Adelphi Hotel established a footballing side to keep the team together and fit during the winter months. (Taken from Wikipedia.)

The club formed in 1820 as 'The Wednesday Cricket Club' as they used to play on wednesdays. Football was originally played to keep the team fit over winter. :)

@merchant100 The best way to improve your goalie skills is both. Training with and playing matches. IMO, going to a gym would only get you stronger, but neither faster nor better goalkeeper. Greetings.

@LiamTheSheffieldOwl How would you like me to re-edit the title? Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper training, or Sheffield Owls goalkeeper training? The title should not be too long because often the last portion of the title is concealed.

This still surprises me, how many people are not aware about Zumlaxoc Training Program (do a search on google), although many people improve their soccer skills with this training program. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Zumlaxoc Training Program, I've improve the weakest part of my soccer game.

Good exercises but the goalkeepers have very little technique while getting up, running and diving. BECAUSE in goal you can't run from goalpost to goalpost

very basic, all technical and physical training. The goalkeeper knows exactly where every ball is going. No decision making or reactions/anticipation involved whatsoever
