My order was 1.4k. Aramex charged me 1.8k for customs. They have my package since beginning of August and my customs has been paid in full yet no package. I have no issues with buffalo logistics all my orders get delivered within 2 weeks

It was my first time ordering online Nd my last delivery was yesterday, all took 13 days to arrive. Hi I ordered from Shein plus size and have to say I'm really satisfied and their stuff is cheap and not in the sense of it but the quality is really nice and worth it ,and it fits.I also ordered around the 14th and received my items worth R1800 and after my discount R1500 on the 30th August and Buffallo only charged me R276 .Tnank you your content helped with all this

I literally just received my order today while I was watching this video, I ordered and paid on the 25th August, the estimated delivery date was 16-19 September,on the 27th August I received an sms from Buffallo logistics that I need to pay a custom fee. I paid and the parcel started moving, on the 8th September I received an email saying that my package was handed over to Fastway couriers, today is the 10th and I've just received my order😍I'm so happy that all went well for me. I'm in Limpopo and I can't believe how fast everything was.

Aramex is showing me flames right now. I placed an order on the 17th on August, aramex hasn’t said anything about my customs. I’ve been calling and DMing them, still nothing. I am so annoyed. Buffalo didn’t give me any hassles.

I think Buffalo have improved now, you just need to make sure you got enough time and Airtime to call them.

I just got my order delivered today.. Took exactly 2 weeks. This was my second order and got aramex both times. Been lucky I never called them. Forts order was 1080 rand and second 1578 rand. Did not pay customs for both orders. I guess I've been lucky.

I did not get the full 50% refund for my customs. They only refund duties and vat. The cost of disbursements and clearance listed on the Aramex invoice was not refund. Aramex is however useless they have my package since beginning of August, my customs has been paid in full but I keep on getting the run around whenever I call, I honestly gave up.

After i felt that Buffalo was delaying to deliver i emailed Shein asking if in future I have an option of choosing a courier and they said there is however you must let them know before they process your order. I haven't ordered anything since the interaction so im not 💯% certain if its possible

@@naledimokoena3837 aramex has lost my order, I placed it in July and ended up paying 1800 for customs only for them to send me an email on Monday stating that they have lost my order. I always get my orders within two weeks with buffalo logistics and I honestly wish that they can ship all my orders with them.

She in does not refund in your bank account, to date they haven't paid my 50% customs for my Feb and March orders.

Hi Namolinah, I placed an order with Shein on 31 July 2021 for R1123 and was charged customs of R269 by Buffalo and place another order of R5893 and was charged customs of R 1409 by Aramex, I paid for both customs fees and I wasn’t aware that 50% customs could be refunded by Shein until I saw your video. I then followed your instructions trying to get the 50% refund but I got the following feedback from them “Shein is no longer doing 50% refunds for customs amounts paid for orders made from 18 September 2021 and onwards” It seems as if they are no longer refunding for customs duties.

Yes. They stopped offering refunds. It's an unsustainable business model. Customs is the importers responsibility.
