The only reason I watched Fox 29 was because I looked forward to seeing Sheinelle's smile, hearing her infectious laughter and funny stories. Sheinelle was so relatable and real. She makes you feel like you know her personally. Fox 29 truly has lost a jewel. I'm a teacher and can only watch the show during the summer months. Just want to let you know my summer will never be the same. God bless you and continue to smile upon you, and you family Sheinelle. Well God does have bigger thing for you Sheinelle. I can't wait until you have your own talk show. God will allow you to have your cake and eat it too! Love a true Fan!

Yea, but she LIED, Big Time,when leaving Fox, telling loyal, trusting viewers she was leaving to spend more time with her children. When, in actuality, the demands of the new job will mean she will spend less time with them. Regardless, she lied, repeatedly. Of all people you are supposed to trust, it is journalists. No one should lie, but when your very profession is predicated on truth, you really, really should not lie.... And involving your children is the worst kind of lie. If there was any doubt, her own mother laid it to rest by telling a newspaper they knew for months. And her dad is a Federal Judgeship? There are few things worse in life....than liars...just despise them! “Are we excited? So endearing and sincere. I have tears in my eyes. I remember a while back when I was dating my ex who is from Philly. I was up watching the news and I seen Sheinelle for the very first time. Honestly, the first thing I thought out loud to myself was… “Wow”!!! She looks like Aaliyah… I’m not sure if anyone ever seen what I seen then, but it’s true in my mind. Now, that she’s on the Today Show, I still see it. I really enjoy watching her and hearing her life journey stories. What a great example to all women, men and children. Sheinelle left the Fox station at 4th & Market that last day and went straight to the 30th St. station to catch a train to the NBC studio in New York and started working on the Today Show. This whole BS story went on until the end of her contract. I've lost all trust in Fox news in Philly since then.

And, two years later, she's still there. She could have been straightforward with this, but either she of the Fox Philly crew, or both, chose not to. In the last four or five years, the big networks have been raiding the Philly news market. Aditi Roy, Don Lemon, Kristen Welker, Kenneth Moton, Eva Pilgrim, etc. the list goes on. Many more were offered (Adam Joseph, Cecily Tynan, etc), but they turned the networks down.

I really hate to see a beautiful news anchorwoman leave that network because I remembered 15 years ago I was in a Broad in Olney back at the Albany bus terminal, I remembered this news lady was doing a story about the heat wave which hit the Philadelphia area because I was then there during the early morning hours between 530 and six in the morning when she popped up and interviewed me about the heat wave and how it affects me at the job Because I remember seeing her come over to me, but before she interviewed me, she told me or asked me to remove my sunglasses and that’s when the interview started it was kind of lengthy, but it was worth speaking and then right after the cameras left, I remember seeing one guy come at me and says, you did a good interview there and that’s what I’d like but with this woman here I hate to see her go because she was a very beautiful woman, but now I can see her on the today show on NBC 10.
