Shekhar baab ur doing a fabulous job in highlighting all these matters. Pwd, electricity and sewage system, whats really happening? Innocent people being dragged into mishaps. It's nothing about drink and drive. It's all about the govt not looking into all these matters. Corruption to the max and the innocent are caught between the line.

Looks like Driver is drunk. And owner is try to save his driver. Shekar bab need to follow this case at police station. He should not flee away

And concerned Dept.RTO.and Traffic Cell to intensify strict drive at All over Goa against Talking on cell Phone while Riding and Driving .Drunk and Driving.Rash and over speeding and driving in zig zac manner by frequently changing lanes .Taking turn without giving side signal and also applying brakes without Reducing speed of vehicles and some times also Racing their vehicles in order to gain more and more passenger by overspeeding.This kind of drive should be continued throughout the state of Goa through out the year.Also Request the concerned Dept PWD.ant Honble Transport Minister to look into the matter Regarding the Difficulties faced and great inconvenience caused to the Riders .Drivers and genral Public due to the pathetic conditions of Roads due to which numerous accidents take place.Hope that Authorities.RTO.Transport Minister .PWD.Traffic Cell.MLA will definently look into the matter and sort out the issue for the safety of Geral Public.Thanks.

I rather say that do not blame the heavy vehicle drivers, scooters and bikes should give way to heavy vehicles as they have many blind spots, and from what it looks like the scooter crossed on the wrong side.

These drivers need joob training of how to drive. They stop anywhere and everywhere blocking whole traffic and they driver anywhere and everywhere as if the whole road is their father's property. Near Mapusa court junction or anywhere in Mapusa they think that it is their father's road
