I was brought up in church and strayed away pretty bad. Got hooked on drugs, college drop out, and had 3kids out of wedlock, literally I was trash to the worlds standards. But God!!!! It took some time, a long time really, but allowing Jesus to come in and transform my spirit and mind ... went back to college, started my career, making more money than I could ever dream of, met a life partner... and been drug free for almost a decade now. It doesn't happen overnight, but just give Jesus a chance. You've tried everything else. Try this too.

on dec 14th 1994 a Learjet crashed into my apartment I had just turned 20 & my first born was 7mos...I was burned over 78% of my body I had over 30 skin grafts I had to learn everything all over again the doctors told me that I would not be able to walk unless I had surgery & I won't be able to have anymore children because of the burns over my body....God put me back together He touched me I was able to walk without any surgery He healed me I am a mother of 6 and grandmother of 2....thank you Heavenly Father for saying yes to me giving life back to me keeping me sustaining me through it all & He is still blessing me He has never left my side He is so much more bigger than what we think hallelujah thank you Jesus....Amen!!!!

The first time I heard this song I was incarcerated, and everyday a select few of us would have a prayer circle, and the lady leading the prayer circle always played this song before prayer, and can I say it got me through my time there. I went through a loss of my apartment in 2018 and I felt so defeated because I was drinking, and I cried myself to sleep and this song came on on my KZfaq and I cried more to Jesus and asked his forgiveness and I asked him to bring someone to help me and he brought me a couple of friends that I drank with and my brother who was a former alcoholic who has now passed.Praise God for his goodness and mercy.Fast forward to several bumps in the road I moved to N.E. Georgia into sober living after I went to several rehabs,psych hospitals, and sober living and getting 6 months soberiety and relapsing and now back on track by moving to sober living again 2023.praise god❤

I remember when I first heard this song at church. I was 15 years old and was having suicidal thoughts I couldn't do nothing, but cry. Because this song was so powerful. And when I went to the altar for prayer I learned that hell was real. And that God loves me. I didn't really knew that much about hell, but they prayed for me. And I thank God that I was in that church service because I would've been dead at 15. I messed up a lot along the way, but I kept repenting and turning to God. I'm 19 and have giving my life to Christ. God always give second chances. Yes you can get saved, but God also want to fill you with the holyghost. And don't just read the word make it become your lifestyle. Study his word daily, do your ministry etc. And seek God for yourself. And forgive everyone who wronged you and forgive yourself. Because Unforgiveness can hinder our prayers. I see that was my problem in the past, but when I start having a forgiving heart things started falling into places. Back then I didn't know what God was really doing with my life, but now I see it all worked for my good. I'm 19 and I'm wiser and better. God is always the one to turn to. I lost 12 relatives in 24 months including my mother (backbone). Both of my daughters were raped by the man I was 4 months pregnant from at the time… I didn’t terminate my pregnancy I trusted GOD . My grandma’s church use to sing this song all the time. I didn’t grow up in a religious home with my mom, but I always believed in Jesus because my Grandma taught me. When I was 7 my dad was murdered and I was so scared, lost, and confused. One day I was at the bus stop waiting on the school bus and I was starring into the sky and I believe Jesus showed me a little of heaven I saw a paved street and then it was gone away.
