@@theaggrivatedpineapple5927 I also started making one, but I used the 8mm bullets for the model. So far I have only made bullets. The whole thing confuses me and makes me think how hard this is gonna get. Might as well just custom make the gun so that its simplistic and not as much detailed as this, and just uses the basic mechanisms

Found your channel by accident a few years ago and somehow remembered you so i came back and i'm as amazed as the first time 😂 A friend of mine totally loves the Kar98k and i'd love to make her your cardboard functional one for birthday. I really aprecciate that you linked the used materials in the description, but unfortunately the super glue isn't available any more (at least for me). It's the only thing i'm still missing. What alternate would you recommend, please? Or what do i have to be careful about by choosing a super glue to "harden" all your paper parts? Please help, i wanna make her one for her BDay

Use pvc pipes instead of cardboard in the construction of the bolt you really need to be skilled to make cardboard that way to look and be durable

For those who really want to make this type of gun I'd recommend to use pvc pipes in the construction of the bolt its way easier to make it that way and more durable.
