Ulrich has been adopted and will be Sunny's new big bro!
"Hi, I’m Orchid. My sister and brother and I were hiding in the bushes at the Seal Beach Kohls when we were rescued. We were six weeks old and very scared. We were brought to SBACC and then went to a foster home. This is what my foster mom says about me: “Orchid loves to play with her siblings. She is very attached to them and hopes to catch up to her brother and sister in the human-appreciation area. She certainly doesn’t mind if a human is the one wielding the fabric snake on a stick! A great opportunity for Orchid would be an enriching environment with another kitten that encourages exploration and interaction with people. When she accepts pets she purrs loudly like her siblings. She would probably benefit from a lot of human attention and love.” I will definitely need to go home with one of my siblings or with another confident kitten or young cat. Even though I may seem shy, I love being petted and will purr loudly."

"Hi, I’m Orbit. This is what my foster mom has to say about me: “Orbit is a beauty who like her brother likes to be petted, and has the loudest purr! Like her brother, Omar, she is now a convert to human laps when she is feeling outgoing and she is also very active and playful. She has the makings of a great pet once she becomes more accustomed to her humans! Orbit will do best with one of her siblings or another young cat or kitten in her forever home.”"

"Hi, I’m Oliver. I arrived at SBACC in 2014 as a five-week-old kitten, found nursing on my dead mama. I was named Everest and wasn’t expected to survive, but I did and was adopted along with another kitten. I had a home for 10 years but wasn’t getting along with the other kitty the last couple of years. I wanted to play, and she didn’t so it was decided that I had to go back to the center and find another home. I’m trying to adjust to my new life here and I’m still friendly and affectionate but right now I’m hiding under the blankets in my cubby. I’m hoping I’ll be able to find another home where I can enjoy my senior years."
