Shengmilo MX05 - Problem with the Speedometer / Odometer NOT FIXED

This is an update on Shengmilo MX05 bicycle.
Seller send me a new controller.
it took almost a month to arrive.
After i installed the new controller, i went for a ride ...
unfortunately after a while the speedometer and odometer stopped working again.
PROBLEMS STARTS AT 7:32
I contact a local bicycle company and they replied that this is most probably a problem of the hub motor.
Again we contacted seller and we are waiting to see how this will go ...

The odometer is not updating either. So I presume somewhere there is a sensor that counts the rotations of rear wheel and that is used for the controller to calculate distance travelled and speed. So could there be an intermittent failure of a cable of connector between rear hub and controller? If you change the display to show power output from the motor, does that show zero or the correct reading? I doubt it would be the hub motor as that is not a constant speed.

The brake makes squeaking noise. I read this often during tests of Chinese e-bikes. Sometimes it becomes better changing the brake pad (othe rmanufacturer). Is the suspension on the rear ok ? Or does it made the riding instable ? Can the supsension be adjusted ? Can the steering rod being adjusted in the height? What about outdoor temperature during your ride ? I really hope that you receive support from Shengmilo.
