The diffs should be lower, Sherlock easily outsmarts Hannibal in cat and mouse game since he can take the help of FBI and in conclusion he medium or high diffs the cannibal man.

Also,their best opponents and cases: Big Four>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Red John. Poirot can't be also manipulated,he even faced manipulator,who was Patrick's level in manipulating and maybe even better(I am not writing his name and nickname,because I don't want to give spoilers away,but if you'll ask me,I'll name her/him) Poirot uses opponents tricks,traps and manipulation against them in his favour.
