Irene tried to outsmart Sherlock with the help of Moriarty, from whom she got her instructions how to treat him. But in the end Sherlock outsmarted Irene when he deciphered her phone code. Just saying.

This made me cry. I think I am the one who loves Sherlock most in the world. No arguement that some episode are better than others, but for me there wasn't a single bad moment in that show. I loved every second of all of it. For some reason A LOT of people hate season 4, but to me that season let us REALLY get to know the inside of Sherlock's mind. Up until then we got to see his process from the outside. Especially his first case with the lady in pink. In season 4 we get to see the inside, only projected onto the real world. I loved that.

Yes... It is so satisfying to find someone who thinks the same way you do. I love everything about the show. And I think it would be incomplete without season 4.

she is the woman because she is the first & only woman he allowed to get that close. If it wasnt for the case she wouldnt have gotten in. She never got the better of him. He figured it out & she lost, everything. She was the first woman who flirted with him & texted suggestive messages. He allowed her to sit naked on his lap. He was intrigued to know he could get a woman, a hot woman. She wanted him because he didnt want her. She couldnt figure out how her mystique didnt work on him. Cumberbatch said, they did do it after he saved her. He should know. Waiting on season #5 to see if her kid shows up on his door wearing a deerstalker & a trench coat. lol season 5 goals. haha

From Irene was it for real more lust than love, you don't have to forget, that she is a professional dominatrix. She knows exactly how to treat men til she have them under her control. It's her daily job, she is payed for it.

@polwwy I agree with you, that Sherlock don't miss Irene, but Jim Moriarty is his biggest obsession, but don't think he miss him too, not without reason he dismantled Moriarty's criminal network, Sherlock always wanted to see him totally destroyed, even after his dead until nothing of him is left. He would only lose his mind when he think about Moriarty could be still alive and not when he is dead. By the way, Moriarty is not the person Sherlock thinks the most. Just saying.

@polwwy Yes, it's only your opinion, everyone can have it, but I don't have to agree with it. He hated Moriarty, the way he was playing with him, Sherlock was always obsessed with to destroy him until is nothing of him left, and, by the way, Sherlock has also enough work to do without him. He is at no case bored without him. Moriarty is his absolutely nightmare since the days of the death of Carl Powers. And actually you should know that Sherlock would be only lost without his blogger, but never without Moriarty. And in Tab he was so worried about to end up with Moriarty, til John came to save him. By the way, I don't care about what the actors said after all it's over. It's only their own opinion with no influence on the series. I believe only on things, I saw on screen. When you look in the stories or at other Sherlock Holmes adaptations, there were always only the two of them, and it's not Sherlock and Moriarty. It was always Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, and that has nothing to do with Johnlock. It's the original canon for over hundred years. And, by the way, I am a huge fan of it. Sorry, but Sheriarty is an absolutely no go for me, and Adlock is an illusion, because Sherlock isn't interested in women. Must actually well-known. She was never his alleged female "love interest" in AsiB, that's stated, but the most obvious mirror to him. Not more, but not less. Just saying. Have a nice day. Bye.
