If I saw this as a kid 20 years ago I wouldn’t sleep for a week. 10 year old me would think it’s best Rc car on the planet. Seems super cool, maybe one day when I get garage to store it 😢

The lurker is awesome. Im suprised the gears havent broke but it could purely be in steering. And you have lots of sand so steering is easier on yours, compared to my terrain

THAT is a great way to help & improve smoothness! Put a lightweight toy on/in any open area (body) & drive. KEEPING the toy where its supposed to be.

Isn't that an X quack in the back? Lol. I've seen a few people having trouble with the diffs in those lately, and customer support for them is a nightmare I guess. But hopefully they keep going strong for ya.

The main issue I see with this model is stability. The real SHERP is a low-speed machine that relies on tyre pressure adjustments instead of suspension to overcome obstacles. The Lurker tyres seem quite firm so it easily overturns. Also, I have seen a video of the Lurker running on snow and it sinks in rather than floating over the top like the real vehicle.

Dude there are 1000 types of snow, some work some don’t, it’s not the trucks issue. All rcs have trouble with snow, even the tracks for crawlers don’t work in all conditions. This thing goes scale 3x real sherps speed too so not surprised it handles funny
