Wasn’t it right before this song that she said, as she strapped on the instrument, “Ain’t nothin’ sexier than a girl and an accordion”? 😂 I’ve always remembered that bit of banter since this first aired in ‘95.

The year I finally started my first job at 15, same year of the 2nd Quebec referendum on leaving Canada. Worked at the back of a men's suit store as a tailor, absolutely detested hearing the radio every day, still hate most of those songs - but the others wanted the music on. That year was amazing - as I suppose many people feel at that age, but for me it was far far far beyond devastating. I totally disconnected from other people and still haven't spoken to anybody.

Didn't Sting do one too? Saw him with Natalie Merchant in '96 with my sister. One of the best concerts ever! Their Unplugged series was definitely awesome! Now I need to look up the entire series, particularly some of the other artists you mentioned because I don't think I saw them for that.

Liebe Sheryl!
@tom-irafelix18972 ай бұрын

That bass drum is way too loud. Every time he smacks it, it's the only thing I can hear. And then in the course he starts going to town on it like Will Ferrell with a cowbell.
