Outspoken women are labelled as ambitious and bossy. I get that a lot. I’ve openly said I want to be a CEO. Lol 😂 I’ve rose up to an executive role in a huge company I worked for. I don’t have kids yet so nothing is stopping me as well as others who aspire to be same. Thanks for the reminders. 🙌🏽👏🏽

I go the playground a lot and there are lots of kids there , guys and girls , never heard bossy. If she was being bossy then that's what kids would say.

I didn't stand up because since I was a little girl, I wanted to do something far more important than being a leader - from the age of three, I wanted to figure out what was wrong with the world and fix it. In the subsequent decades, I've made far more progress with that goal than I ever imagined was possible - because the problem was much bigger than I'd ever imagined but I did figure it out and then I realized that most people don't care what's wrong with the world - getting more women to be leaders is not the answer to the problem - the ambitious people are driven to make progress with whatever their particular goal is - since they fail to see the real problem, they can't see the real solution... in other words, more women as CEO's and politicians will not solve the problems in our world. Impressing people with a job title, with speeches, one's "net worth", record-breaking book sales and their "team" isn't doing near enough to fix the problems in our world... babies and children continue to suffer and die from malnutrition and curable diseases in deplorable conditions and if you don't know ~why~ this is happening, then you are failing to see the problem. If you don't realize why nearly 40% of single moms live below poverty level, you're not understanding the problem... How can you fix a problem when you're dumbed down, drugged up, poisoned and programmed? You can't see the problem, you don't know how to fix the problem and regurgitating the same "solution" for decades - which we've been hearing since the 1960's - isn't going to fix the problem. Deciding to be CEO, a mayor, governor, president, prime minister, etc., is completely irrelevant if you can't see the cause of the problems and fix that one cause... because it is only ONE cause... and women haven't fixed it... and men haven't fixed it... so if you fail to realize how brain dead you are on this topic, then you are exposing yourself as an idiot... your millions of dollars in income every year will not fix your stupidity.

It is not that woman or man lead the company or the world. The matter is laying inside of those leader. War or something is not the problem of the outside, it is the inside problem.

Feminism is dying. Women trying to pretend to be men is just plain stupid.

Msl LogYt Lol, that's the disinformation Feminism has rotted your heads out with for decades and look at where it's gotten you. Nowhere. You thought you could whine and complain your way into success the same way you get everything else, but it doesn't work like that. You want to be successful like a man? *Then you're going to need to work like a man.* But you're far too lazy, whiny and spineless for any of that. Do me and all men a favor: *Stay exactly like you are; don't change a thing.* Whiny, unaccountable, lazy, flaky, spiteful and all around cunts with no character at all. That'll ensure that you never succeed and that means just that much less competition for me and all men.

Jeff Bridges What's stupid is that you don't know or don't care that women make 77 cents to every 1 dollar men make. Feminism is more relevant than ever. So if you don't like equality of pay and treatment for women I suggest to get your male lover and kindly move to another country.- Warm regards- ALL WOMEN IN THE WORLD

Jeff Bridges I have a BA a JD and three professional certifications. I speak 3 languages and have travelled to more than 20 countries. I worked full time, went to law school at night and created my own business so I don't know who you are calling stupid. I feel very, very sorry for you. I know you won't change your angry senseless rhetoric but I strongly advice you educate yourself at some point in your life. You are deeply troubled and need help ASAP! Have a good life and try to love yourself MORE, only then you can stop seeing the world thru such an angry lens. FIND PEACE JEFF!! I have to go, I have to work! Good luck!

A question to Sheryl as I listen to this speech is " does Facebook pay women equal to Men". I ask this not to finger at anyone but to understand if you were able to bring a par pay check.

Awesome! But...(maybe a side issue..?) Men AND women working themselves to death, "to make ends meet...." Can we make do with a "little less.." and make time with our kids, more of a priority?
