I just want to let you know to be careful steaming the chocolate with the milk! The chocolate once it melts will get up into the steam wand and clog it/cause mold but also break it! I've worked at starbucks and two other mom and pop coffee shops and we ALL had steam wands break for that reason and its EXPENSIVE. If you just put the chips in the bottom of your mug and pour the hot espresso or hot milk over it it will melt! Also make sure you blow out your steam wand after you take it out of the milk!

When I was a barista I made white chocolate mochas with the Ghirardelli white chocolate powder. Mix with your espresso shot(s) then add the steamed milk:)

If you guys hold the tip of the steaming wand about 1/2 inch from the top of the milk when you’re steaming, it’ll put air into the milk and make it all frothy! (So this for 20-30 seconds until it starts sounding bubbly) It’ll also keep it from making that screaming sound when it’s steaming! :) I worked at Starbucks for a couple years, haha hope this helps make your latte’s even better!!

Seeing y'all get snow makes me envious. Snowboarding hasn't been too great this season because we haven't gotten too much snow here in Colorado. It's snowed maybe 3-4 days down in the foothills, and it was only an inch or 2, and it would be melted by the next day. I don't miss driving in it, but I miss all the other benefits.

I work as a barista in one of the many coffee stands here in Spokane, WA - watching Davis make a white mocha was literally so fascinating compared to what I normally do. We have sauces and syrups for everything! I’ll have to send you guys some of my favorites❤️
