@@zihc I've had it for about 2months now, and my back feels 100% better. The leg rest is a wonderful addition. I agree with Shev on the headrest though. I wish it propped your head better. You have to lean back to truly feel its effect. I ended up taking it off. Overall, I highly recommend this chair!

I'm shopping for a good ergo chair for the new remote college semester and this was an awesome video!!! Great work this video helped me a ton when deciding between the Autonomous Ergo2, Staples Hyken, and Autonomous MyoChair. @@PapayaStyle Steelcase and Herman Miller are the two of the best brands although their chairs are kinda expensive. However a chair is a thing that u will spend a lot of time so it is be a worthy investment. Their "cheaper"options will be the steelcase series 1&2 or the Herman Miller sayl.

PSA Autonomous has a Black Friday sale going on right now, the Ergo Chair 2 is 309 and the MYO Chair is 199. It says the sale lasts until November 29th. I just purchased the ERGO Chair 2 after watching multiple videos including Shevon’s. His discount code in this video still works and it even worked with the Black Friday discount. I know this is a late reply, but I bought and returned the Ergo Chair because it doesn't seem to recline very far at all and that's important to me. If you don't like to lean back a lot, then the other adjustability options are great. No leg rest available

I ordered a Herman Miller Embody, It's a very expensive chair but I think its worth the investment as its our health we are talking about. You can't buy a new back.

I've used this chair for 6 months and it was horrible. The lumbar support was almost non-existent. The thing would not stay in place and would keep on sliding down after 10 minutes. The fact that the back can't sit straight up and is angled is really bad for your back too. The cushion is really hard and I had to get up often and walk around.

I thought I was the ONLY ONE that didn't like the slightly angled posture of the MyoChair. I have been struggling to adapt to it, because I've always had good sitting posture (~90 degrees upright), and the MyoChair strains my neck and shoulders because I can't sit up straight. It's always leaning back slightly, like a lounge chair/movie theater seat. It's funny because I saw this review prior to buying, and still made the mistake of not noticing you mentioning this slight flaw. Will be changing to the Ergo Chair 2 to save my posture lol Awesome video!

90 degrees actually isn’t great posture! Leaning back slightly helps take some of the strain of gravity off your spine but many people aren’t used to it.

@@Zamilan It's technically 90-100 degrees that is ideal for sitting. The upper back of the MyoChair is just too angled (I'm not sure if you've tried it). It looks to me like a 15-18 degree concave coming up from the lumbar; so if you want your mid back-upper back supported you'll find yourself leaning back looking for the support, rather than the support cradling you normally. I'm 5"4, so I'm not sure if taller people have this issue. But I have my entire setup at Ergo level and have never had back/neck pain, even while sitting in my cheap $40 IKEA chair. However, I received my ErgoChair 2 a couple days ago, and it is amazing. This gives us shorter people adjust-ability for seat depth, seat angle, lumbar tension, and upper back support tension.

I was thinking the same, I really wanted this chair but many ppl complained about the chair not being stationary at 90 degrees. I can't imagine typing on a computer for a few hours slouching at 110 degrees.

@@hamza4real If you can spend the estra 100, get the ergo chair 2. You will not regret it, take it from my experience. Because disassembling and returning a 60lb chair is a hassle.
